I am looking for a more technical role inside a team: less entrepreneurship, more WordPress depth, more collaboration and more room to do proper engineering work.
What energises me most is not building and running a business, but solving hard technical problems and building WordPress that holds up in production.

Why I am looking for work now
For more than eight years I built MOWOMO with my team. It was an intense and formative chapter: demanding clients, business decisions, production incidents and a lot of real WordPress work.
Over time, a clear pattern emerged: I was spending more and more time on running the business and less on doing engineering. The second is where I add the most value — and where I want to grow properly.
What that shift means
Entrepreneurship forces you to be on many fronts at once:
- Clients, budgets and commercial priorities.
- Hiring, coordination and daily decisions.
- Development, when the calendar allows it.
That gave me judgement, responsibility and product sense. But it also took focus away from what interests me most:
- Production WordPress.
- Architecture, performance and serious debugging.
- Gutenberg/FSE, WooCommerce, migrations and solutions that last.
I am not looking to “step down”. I am looking to specialise better: less dispersion, more technical depth and more direct impact through code and judgement.
What I bring from MOWOMO
I am a senior WordPress developer. At MOWOMO I worked on demanding projects — high-volume WooCommerce, multilingual setups, large migrations, performance and real incidents — and in a small team I often supported colleagues:
- Reviewing approaches and flagging risks.
- Suggesting alternatives when something did not fit.
- Helping unblock issues without pretending to always be right.
I want to bring that experience into a broader team: collaborate, learn from people with deeper expertise in specific areas and contribute where it fits.
I have a strong eye for production, debugging and practical WordPress decisions. I am not positioning myself as “the answer to everything”. I am looking for an environment where I can contribute, receive feedback and keep growing.
What I am looking for now
I am looking for a role —preferably remote— in a technology team, digital product company or specialised consultancy where WordPress is core work, not a side task.
I am looking for a role with:
- Clear technical focus: development, architecture, performance, advanced support or product evolution.
- A team to collaborate with properly: share judgement, review code, learn and contribute without carrying everything alone.
- Less “running a business” overhead and more room to do my job properly.
- Room to keep growing — including in teams with more depth than I have had until now.
Good fits include Senior WordPress Developer or WordPress Engineer roles, with technical responsibility in production but inside a team, not as an isolated profile.
What I am not looking for
- Starting another agency.
- A “technical” role where you do a bit of everything with no time to go deep.
- Selling myself as an omniscient architect: my strength is production WordPress, practical judgement and teamwork.
